  1. Iva Dvořáková Yes indeed. And the shoulders are so great for the summer, I mean, who needs those 1980’s mis-shapen shoulder pads when you’ve got a real cool and very natural pair of your own!

  2. And it is a huge societal taboo on (and this might be those Victorians again😂) that it’s frowned upon to LIKE YOURSELF, to say you think you LOOK GOOD! People are not allowed by the general societal consensus to LOVE their bodies, think they are attractive. Maybe this in part links to many years ago when shame was put upon people for enjoying their bodies?. When I used to post about fashion blogging and hair dye techniques, I had a couple of ‘so called’ “spiritual” FB people unfollow me and say I was ‘vain’, just because I was all jolly and fun doing fashion selfies! Like how dare you possibly FEEL like you look good!! OMG get with the friggin YEAR you exist in! 😂😂😂😂 Ain’t 1885! 😭

  3. Fiona Fay I have found that a bit of self like is missing it can be a challenge to have fun because we underpin everything that we do in life. Not liking myself made most things miserable because wherever I went, there I was!
