  1. This is so inspiring! Can relate this to my acting, get into a downward spiral and same mentality why aren’t I getting it. Usually happens after. Thank you and you’re always bang on the money. xx
Ps Did you say fondue as one of the moves!! Lol xx

  2. Pamela Gladstone I am glad you found it useful, and yes, the same would most definitely apply to acting. I would say celebrate the things that you have nailed, and continue to refine a finesse them, whilst that looking for those next level learnings and increments for the aspects that you haven’t yet mastered or feel comfortable with.

    And yes, I did say fondue! It’s a kind of ‘melting’ movement . . . . . . 🙂

    • This was amazing and a real eye opener.

I went to yoga today and it all has clicked in.

Every time there is a acting performance test I want to be perfect and give the Oscar winning performance. Which is unrealistic and trying to find the pit of gold at the end of the rainbow. 🌈💰

I go to yoga just about everyday and some days I’m on fire & others I’m not. This is what I need to learn and acknowledge the same attitude when I performing.

Take the good bits and just observe what needs worked on! This was what appeared in my head at yoga today!! It’s amazing and see where I’m slipping up!!

I also had a dream about us last night we were going out clubbing in London!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the catalyst and waking me up and smelling the coffee. Phenomenal insight! Thanks a million 🍰☕️xx ❤️🌹
