I was asked this question on the 3rd day of running my #PhotoReading Workshop last weekend. This was my honest answer . . . . . .

  1. Marilyn your very lucky – being high on life is the biggest motivator ! But you get a lot of exercise that’s what it boils down to nutrition and exercise – what you put in is what you get out !

  2. Hi Marilyn. Thanks for sharing your life experiments. What you’re doing with loving life and cultivating your energy is inspiring. I listened to the whole recording again of how to sleep two hours a night and I woke up after only a few hours sleep. I decided to embrace the morning nighttime and this week had several extemely long and very productive days. I’ve been combining the extra time with Jack Canfield’s idea of the power hour – so I’m exercising meditating and getting inspired in the newly available predawn. Thank you. Best wishes.

  3. Hi Marilyn, what would you say was this decision or change of thinking that made a lasting transformation to your life. I ask because I have made many decisions after being exposed to some blinding wisdom or other but I slip back to old ways of being after a while. I love that you are high on life now.

  4. Ken, we all can slip back to old ways, easily done but it’s keeping a clear disciplined mind that pushes you forward ! If someone told you the secrets to success step by step, and can prove it , would you not follow in the same way ? I guess when your happy in your self and have a structured life, the universe makes everything fall into place for you .., the first steps are the hardest and maintaining the discipline the key !

  5. Hi Ken Barrett I would say that it was a combination of both in terms of making a decision and changing my thinking and mindset. Belief that it was even possible was also a big part of it because my thinking was very narrow and limited.
