Gregg Braden Interview Part 3!

How do we create resilience in a time of extremes? How does Star Trek, Counsellor Troy relate to the distinctions between sympathy, empathy, how they lead to empowerment, and what that means in the context of #BeKind? Gregg's answer was deep, clear, and profound.

Gregg Braden books
Gregg Braden, Author

I PhotoRead 3 of Greggs books the day before the interview and intuitively choose one question from each:

The Science of Self-Empowerment. Star Trek, Counsellor Troy (you had to be there), and the distinctions between sympathy, empathy, how they lead to empowerment, and what that means in the context of #BeKind which was the breaking news story of the week. Gregg's answer was deep, clear, and profound.

The Turning Point – Creating Resilience in a Time of Extremes. The question for this one was simple given what is going on in globally: How do we create resilience in a time of extremes? We had a wonderful discourse about the heart, coherence, and the aging impact of stress, and what you can do to turn that around.

Secrets of the Lost Mode of Prayer. I'll share an extract to put this question into context:

We talk about it. We feel it. We believe in it and pray to it, perhaps without even understanding precisely what it is!

My question to Gregg was: What is 'it'?
