Choosing an X-Pole Pole Fitness pole in terms of size and finish. In this video I am doing a comparison between the 50mm chrome, and the 40mm powder finish.

I tend to be quite visual, so although I’d read blogs and gotten my tape measure out, I quite like a visual on things, so I figured that anyone who was thinking about investing in a pole might find it useful to see them side by side.

  1. Carissa Macpherson In class things can move pretty quickly so that’s a nice idea but not always practical, and for me the introducing a third element into the mix just served to create a slushy mush of something! 🙂

  2. And Lisa Waddingham be careful, that is how my pole dancing started, with a quip on Facebook that I’d never be going pole dancing. A year to the day later I walked into my first pole dancing class!

  3. I wondered did poles come in one size only, like I mean the thickness. I remember when I had a go, and my hands are tiny, the pole was too big/wide so I could not grip at all!! Lol
