My clients share the most wonderful feedback about my Coaching, Courses and Workshops, and this post is from the amazing Naomi Tamayama sharing her experience of attend my PhotoReading™ Workshop 15 months ago.  She has also been doing brilliant progress videos since Day 1 so do also check out her Facebook page:

“The mind is a powerful organ…. from the mind can come the strongest of beliefs and the most detrimental beliefs.

Many people forget the mind is like a muscle 💪💪and requires exercise.

  • Increasing your knowledge by learning
  • Applying that knowledge
  • Learning and developing your skills
  • Daily application and practice of those skills
  • Working on your mind set and choosing beliefs and values that support your growth

These are all key to growing and developing that powerful organ that is your brain and moving towards brain activity that propels you forward.

#Photoreading is one such skill that revolutionises everything. If you want to know more then simply connect with Marilyn Devonish at http://www.tranceformationstm.com/

There are so many books that I have absorbed that have really started changing the way I think and feel internally that has then had a huge impact on my external world.

* Loving What Is – Byron Katie
*Think and Grow Rich – Napoleon Hill
*Expert Secrets – Russel Brunson”

Thank you Naomi for your wonderful feedback, and congratulations on your amazing and continued progress.

Mind Workout Tips

In the 18 years I have been using Accelerated Learning techniques; 38 years if you count teaching myself to Mind Map, and since becoming  a PhotoReading Instructor in 2002, I have amassed and created hundred of mind and brain workout tips, processes, and techniques.  One of my favourites, which is simple yet powerful is to Ask Your Mind.

The mind doesn’t like a void so ask your mind and brain questions.  For example, for those who say they have a bad memory, instead of being caught up in that when you walk into a room and don’t remember what you went in there for, stop and ask yourself: “What did I come in here for?”  You will be surprised at your mind’s ability to answer.

Another tip is Expectation.  When it comes to absorbing books in the way Naomi was sharing here, we start with reading at 25,000 words per minute and PhotoReading entire books from start to finish in around 5 minutes.  It requires an open mind and a sense of trust in your innate yet possibly untapped limitless capabilities.  I talk about the Bandura Curve during my PhotoReading Workshops which is about keeping your beliefs positive and your expectations high because even when going through the learning curve of acquiring a new skill, Bandura found that eventual performance would rise up, or sink down to meet your level of expectation.

Is Your Mind Held In the Grip of Anxiety?

To do everything that Naomi is talking about here can be stopped, blocked, or made far more difficult if you have limiting beliefs or are being held back by worry, self-doubt or anxiety.

If that applies you PhotoReading can work wonders with that too.  Check out this client Success Story Blog: https://marilyndevonish.com/if-youve-ever-suffered-from-exam-or-interview-anxiety-read-this/
