What sort of tea? . . . Herbal type or just normal what one of my customers call builders tea? 🙂
Do you believe that people can “reverse” severe mental health challenges as opposed to circumstantial depression created by stress or life events and the like ?
In the west midlands, suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50!

@ Gareth Stubbs….Severe mental health issues are hard to reverse, they simply have to be controlled. Sadly, medication is the most used option, but far from the best…

Depression does not always lead to suicide. It’s important that we make the distinction between the types of suicide and the nature of depression.
