Seriously, I have no freakin’ words for this one except #Synchronicity and #WOW
Last week Sir Elton John was on my mind. I mentioned him in the #Prince tribute #FacebookLive video that I did 4 days ago.

On Sunday I was suddenly ‘overwhelmed’ by Elton and played the same song Rocket Man 7 times in a row and then shared it on my Facebook page. (See the screenshot from Sunday below).

I had that “I wonder if Elton’s alright” thought but dismissed it and didn’t say it out loud because I still remember watching a Boy George live TV appearance year before last and saying that “I was worried about him and even though he looked OK I got a sense that he wasn’t well”. The next day he announced that he was cancelling all of his comeback tour dates due to illness, so on this occasion I thought it best to keep my worried about Elton thoughts to myself.

Someone even asked me via Messenger about why the very sudden Elton obsession and I erred on the side of word association rather than sharing words of doom about his health and wellbeing.
This morning I woke up and Elton was back in my head again and I once again felt compelled to look up and listen to the song that was playing on my internal jukebox; I Guess That’s Why They Call It The Blues.
I again shared it on my Facebook page. Again, see picture below.
This time I was like: “I must Google Elton and see if he’s OK.”
I just finished a FB live video and as I flicked pages on my iPad I noticed the announcement from the Evening Standard that started trending and he’s had a life threatening illness this week.
What the???????!!!!!!!!

I’m off to ponder synchronicity, the collective consciousness, and the mysteries of life.

I have just seen that #EltonJohn is trending on Facebook and that the London Evening Standard have shared a piece where he has a ‘potentially deadly’ infection and has been forced to cancel a string of concerts! I mean really, what are the chances of that????!!!!! :-O

Wow. I really am slightly taken aback, particularly as I sent a very random email to Hay House Hay House UK to ask if they could supply me with some statistics about something because I am thinking of writing a book about the phenomenon of Synchronicity.

I think I need a cup of tea and a sit down.
