Oh my goodness yes. It’s one of the discussions that I have most often once we get beyond the ‘technology’ or ‘I don’t know what to say’ issues. It’s sad really because one thoughtless keyboard warrior can trash a whole concept or idea for someone. A bit like schoolyard bullying; done without regard yet can potentially damage someone for years.
