This is one of my favourite #Magic & #Gratitude Practices and has been a #GameChanger for me and life changing for many of my participants – Part 2 (see link below Part 1).
It’s what I call the Universal Triggers . . . . .
And my iPad sometimes has a life of its own with these videos, so this is Part 1: https://www.facebook.com/marilyn.devonish/videos/10154379817196007/

Helen OfTroy Helen Yep. Sometimes it is absolutely fine. At other times it’s like ‘nope’ I’m going into sleep mode! 🙂

Yes Mar- it’s all about the mind set and the ever blessed GRATITUDE! and Thank you for including my testimonial in your blog piece! Thank you thank you thank you for being the catalyst to my magical mind set transformation years ago when you began your Magical program!!! Luv you!
Thank you Sonny. I can barely believe that it’s coming up to 4 years already. It has been quite a journey in the most wonderful of ways. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being such a big part of it. Love M 💖💖💖
Yes indeed!!!! 🔮 🌈 🎆
LOL .. reminds me of shopping in a very small village store .. 1 person in the queue in front of me .. waiting 25mins to get serve while the two of them talk about Mavis and her bunion and the goings on with Mrs Smith at number 63 – I remember feeling a switch flipping inside me from anger, impatience and frustration, to amusement, gratitude (and mischievous nosiness) – Quite profound living with the attitude of gratitude
Gary Trotman I love it!!!! And yes, those moments, no matter how seemingly small can indeed be very profound.
