Reshape your body starting 2 minutes per day using a brick, an oven & a button!

“Reshape your body using a brick, an oven, and a button?  Starting with just 2 minutes per day?”

Yes, I was rather puzzled when I first heard about the concept as well.  Reshaping my body in 2 minutes per day using a brick, an oven and a buttonWhat?????

Well stick with me and some of that will be revealed.

I had a meeting 11 days ago with this month’s London Yes Group speaker Jean-Pierre ...

Life Can be Over in an Instant – Are you trapped in the prison of your own mind?

Posted by:

My god, life can change or be over in an instant.

I just saw the post of a facebook friend.  Twenty hours ago she and her husband were planning to go to a boat show.  This morning she is announcing his passing from a massive heart attack.  They met when she was 11 years old.  Married the day after her 17th birthday, and had been together for 36 years.

Such news leaves me speechless at the immediacy of it all.

There is of ...

Is their Affair or your Emotional Baggage Poisoning your Current Relationship?

Posted by:

DOES YOUR RELATIONSHIP BAGGAGE HOLD YOU BACK, WEIGH YOU DOWN, OR GET DUMPED ON YOUR NEW PARTNER?

The subject of emotional baggage is one that I came to know very well back in the late 90’s after my then partner had an affair.  For some reason I have noticed this subject appearing on my radar again, and not just because of the Katie Price twitter outburst upon discovering that her husband had been having an affair with her best friend.

Katie’s statement ...

Are You Too Afraid or Jaded to Dream or Set Goals?

Posted by:

“This Goal Setting lark doesn’t work!”

I’ve noticed this weird phenomenon amongst a pocket of people that have been in the personal development industry for a while.

I have noticed it in those that have sat through dozens of workshops on ‘Goal Setting’ to achieve your dreams.  Those that have listened to countless hours of rhetoric on ‘focusing on what you want’ and ‘manifesting your desires’ into reality.  Those who have tried in vain to get their vision board to come to ...

Relationships – The Trap of Waiting for Love or Commitment

Posted by:

Now I admit, I might be an old fashioned type of girl who grew up in the time when men stepped forward if they liked a girl and asked her out.  The ‘dance card’ era was well before my time however it is that type of ethos, where the man was required to introduce himself properly, make his intentions known, and ask for a dance.

I have recently become aware of a trend or phenomena where otherwise smart, sane and savvy ...

Body Guard to Diplomats Killed Himself after Relationship Breakup

Posted by:

This story in the Daily Mail where a former Army Corporal commits suicide is really sad, and awful to think that in this day and age relationships combined with work and life still drive what seem like lovely people with lots to live for to end their own lives.

According to the story he took his own life because he was unable to cope with the break up of his relationship.  I won’t repeat the full story here, you can access ...

Quitting Facebook? Is it throwing the baby out with the bathwater?

Posted by:

First of all I have no idea how a simple post on facebook led to this blog about slavery, the holocaust and Take That!

A friend, Kal Malik posted something on Facebook this morning which talked about many people saying they were quitting or taking a break from Facebook.  He said:

I see a lot of people wanting to take a break from Facebook. Fair enough.

I want to spend some more time with my beautiful friends. Love you guys.

Ignore Your Shadow At Your Peril – Debbie Ford & Oprah Discuss The Shadow Side

Posted by:

Last night I excitedly e-mailed the clients taking part in my TranceFormation™ Programme which is a journey that starts with exploring your Soul Plan and inner Archetypes, and identifying exactly where you are on your life or Hero’s Journey.  I was excited because the example that I had cited just a few days earlier when I talked about the importance of uncovering their shadow side or repressed Archetypes, was an interview that I had seen with Oprah and ...

What Does It Take To Become An Expert In Your Field? Some of the Answers Are Probably Sat Right In Front of You

Posted by:

Can you imagine the knowledge that comes from reading a book a week, every week, for 17 years?  That’s a whopping 850 books in that timeframe if you have a couple of weeks off each year for Christmas!

For many people I am sure that is a daunting task.  Number 1, would you have the time or mental discipline for such an endeavour?

Number 2, if you did it, would you be able to retain, remember and recall that information for application ...

The Moment Your Life Changes – Sometimes In An Instant

THAT LIFE CHANGING MOMENT . . . . . .

What does it take to have one of those life changing moments of realisation, what I call in PhotoReading™ terms the-ha or light bulb moment?

That light bulb, in amongst all the other stuff, that once illuminated often can’t be ignored (have you spotted it in the photograph above yet?)

What does it take for the course of your life, your mind, or your thinking to change, make an abrupt about ...
