Life Can be Over in an Instant – Are you trapped in the prison of your own mind?

Posted by:

My god, life can change or be over in an instant.

I just saw the post of a facebook friend.  Twenty hours ago she and her husband were planning to go to a boat show.  This morning she is announcing his passing from a massive heart attack.  They met when she was 11 years old.  Married the day after her 17th birthday, and had been together for 36 years.

Such news leaves me speechless at the immediacy of it all.

There is of ...

Is there really ‘Life After Death?’ My Sitting with Psychic Medium Tony Stockwell

Posted by:

So what REALLY happens when you sit with a good Psychic Medium?

I recently did a private one-to-one session with TV Psychic Medium Tony Stockwell.

My first brush with such things was when I was 19 years old or thereabouts.  I was working evenings in an office whilst at University, and one of the women came in gushing about some psychic medium she’d seen who ‘told her everything about her life’ and connected her with long since departed relatives.  I ...

Whitney Houston, The Grammy Awards & What Her Soul Plan Says About Her Life & Death

Posted by:

As I get myself prepared for the next round of  Soul Plan Sessions that I am doing with the clients embarking on the January intake of my TranceFormation Programme I thought I would do a Soul Plan for someone that has passed away, and whose life, well at least aspects of it, we seem to know much about.  (The reason being that you wouldn’t do the Soul Plan of a living person without their permission, and sharing my ...

Body Guard to Diplomats Killed Himself after Relationship Breakup

Posted by:

This story in the Daily Mail where a former Army Corporal commits suicide is really sad, and awful to think that in this day and age relationships combined with work and life still drive what seem like lovely people with lots to live for to end their own lives.

According to the story he took his own life because he was unable to cope with the break up of his relationship.  I won’t repeat the full story here, you can access ...

Ignore Your Shadow At Your Peril – Debbie Ford & Oprah Discuss The Shadow Side

Posted by:

Last night I excitedly e-mailed the clients taking part in my TranceFormation™ Programme which is a journey that starts with exploring your Soul Plan and inner Archetypes, and identifying exactly where you are on your life or Hero’s Journey.  I was excited because the example that I had cited just a few days earlier when I talked about the importance of uncovering their shadow side or repressed Archetypes, was an interview that I had seen with Oprah and ...

RIP 2013 – Are You Living or Just Waiting to Die?

Posted by:

LET US ALL LIVE WHILE WE ARE ALIVE & HAVE THE TIME OF OUR LIVES!

I just had one of those moments (well actually you will need to sit down and hold the scroll key because as it turns out it was quite a long moment). I watched Dirty Dancing (again) last night and Patrick Swayze is of course no longer with us.

Today I watched the Jackson 5 Story which partly centres around Michael Jackson, another talent seemingly ...

The Curse & Blessing of Age & Ageing

Posted by:

The subject of ageing has come up a few times in the last couple of weeks.  The ‘oh my how time is flying‘ through to the things that have and haven’t been done yet in life.

“If you live long enough, the years will pass for us all”

I was starkly reminded of this fact at a family gathering over the Christmas weekend as I watched someone who was fit and healthy when I last saw them literally crawl up some stairs, ...

The Art of Death & Dying & Strictly Come Dancing

Posted by:

Ah, me with Strictly Come Dancing Judge Bruno Tonioli . . . . .

I remember this day back in December 2010.  Well of course I remember it; I’m stood there, in the corridors of BBC Broadcasting House with Strictly Come Dancing and Dancing With The Stars Judge Bruno Tonioli, having just watched the live final where Kara Tointon and Artem Chigvintsev lifted the glitter ball trophy as worthy winners.  As Brucie says, they really ...

What has death taught me about life? RIP Nelson Mandela

Posted by:

“The one thing I have realised about death is that life goes on.”

What do I mean by that?  A couple of high profile people have passed away this week, the most recent being President of South Africa Mr Nelson Mandela.

Another was the star of one of my favourite movie franchises, Paul Walker of The Fast & Furious fame.  (For my previous post about Paul Walker go to: Continue Reading →

Felix Dexter RIP – Did He Know?

Posted by:

I saw last night that Felix Dexter passed away yesterday.  My condolences to his friends and family.

I grew up laughing at his characters, the London Underground Ticket Collector was a particular favourite. I saw him perform a couple of times and we were Facebook friends however we’d never actually sat down and chewed the fat.

There are lots of tribute posts being written today, and rightly so for a man who was a modern day black comedy legend and pioneer for ...
