Are you surrounded by moaners, haters and criticism makers?

THE MOANERS, THE HATERS AND THE CRITICISM MAKERS

Someone tagged me in on a beautiful photo of the earth and the moon this morning. I re-shared the picture with the caption:

No idea if this is a real shot or computer generated but man it’s cool. Thank you Annabel for the tag.

Moon Over The Earth

Annabel then replied:

I was thinking how unanswerable that question is. Light arrives in a digital camera and its computer programme writes the data on a disk. That is uploaded to a computer, that most probably has some form of photoshop on it and the image is cropped and enhanced. Then it is posted here via several computers. Then the most wonderful computer of all our brain interprets the light from the screen and we see this.

So with or without computer generation, I guess it is computer generated however we look at it.”

I then realised that as I was writing the short post I was thinking about the people that only seem to come out of the woodwork on facebook to complain or point out faults.  I wrote the short caption so that I could save them and myself the trouble popping up to complain by getting in there first and saying that it might not be ‘real.’

I then had one of those, what we call in the PhotoReading Workshops, the a-ha or light bulb moments. I realised that I had auto adjusted my thinking based on the views and reactions of other people. So the question I have to ask of myself today is:

“Where else in my life am I changing or adapting what I say to accommodate for the moaners, the haters, or the criticism makers?

It was almost like a conscious-unconscious act, where I thought about what I wrote in that initial post, but didn’t, and which with hindsight was a sign for me that this was more than a one-off act and it had somehow started to become ingrained in the psyche.

At the exact time I was writing this post, my daily Note From The Universe popped into my mailbox and it read:

You simply cannot know, Marilyn, what will make others happy.

But you can always know for yourself.

Go for it,

I had a Coaching Session 2 days ago where my Coach said to me:

Marilyn, from here on in you should create for you . . . . “  Seriously, I couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried.

I guess there really is no need for me to think or ponder. It is a case of simply deciding that my life and what I express, when done from the right place, can only be lived my way.
